NimbleSocket
From time to time, Joe and I will collaborate on certain projects. One of which was the NimbleSocket dashboard widget.
Description
The NimbleSocket Dashboard Widget is intended for people who roam on wireless networks with BlueSocket authentication. Our university has such a system and it can be extremely frustrating to have to open a web browser and log in every time someone wants to use the wireless network.
NimbleSocket will do the work of logging into BlueSocket for you.
Instructions
On the back of the Widget, there are 3 fields. Username and Password will be the username and password you use to log into BlueSocket. To obtain the URL, go to the login page for your network and highlight from the beginning of the URL up to the question mark. Copy and paste it into the URL field on the widget. For example, the URL for our network is https://wirelessgw01.university.edu/login.pl
